After achieving a Postgraduate Diploma in Oral Implant Surgery from the same university, he founded Blaxland Dental Surgery in 1993, exclusively serving the Blue Mountains community with a focus on providing high-quality, affordable dental care. Dr. Paneras is known for his expertise in family-oriented dentistry, pain-free procedures, cosmetic enhancements, and cutting-edge oral implant rehabilitation. A lifelong learner, he consistently pursues postgraduate certifications and continuing education, staying at the forefront of dental innovation, as exemplified by his recent surgical training in implant placement in Mexico.
Beyond traditional dentistry, Dr. Paneras is a member of the Australasian Dentofacial Aesthetics Association, demonstrating his interest in dentofacial aesthetics. Trained to administer muscle relaxants like Botox and Dysport, as well as filler treatments, he seamlessly integrates these techniques to enhance the aesthetic impact of his cosmetic dental work. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Paneras is not only an avid soccer fan but also finds joy in playing the sport.
